Notion Email Composer is designed with privacy in mind. We minimize data collection and never send emails on your behalf.

What We Access

• Notion Workspace: We request read access to your databases to display their structure and properties.
• Database Schema: We read property names and types to help you build email templates.

What We Don't Do

• We do not read the actual content of your database rows
• We do not store your Notion data on our servers
• We do not send emails on your behalf
• We do not share your data with third parties

How It Works

The app generates a Notion formula that creates mailto: links. When you click the link in Notion, your email client opens with a pre-filled draft. The email is composed entirely on your device using your own email application.

Authentication

We use Notion's official OAuth integration for authentication. Your Notion credentials are never shared with us directly. You can revoke access at any time from your Notion settings.

Data Retention

We store minimal session data required for authentication. Your email templates are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.
